I went to the Quality Inn in West Chester for my daughter's graduation. Despite the outside looking a bit older, the check-in was fast and the staff member, Rena, went out of her way to help. The room was spotless upon arrival, which impressed me. I typically check for dust, but everything was clean. However, the bed felt rock hard and uncomfortable for my liking. The cable channels provided were nice, including premium options like Showtime. It did feel a bit awkward when I noticed the hallways were dim and could use better lighting. There were also some issues with noise. I could hear some commotion from the employees’ area outside my window. It was a bit distracting. Overall, my experience was positive due to the quick service and cleanliness, but the bed comfort and noise issues need attention.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the pool area which was perfect for my son and the kids. The breakfast had a nice variety, including eggs and sausage, which was a hit. Plus, we loved exploring Tee It Up Golf Center nearby.

My kids wished for better breakfast options for children. Perhaps adding more kid-friendly choices would improve the experience.

It was just a proper fit for a weekend vacation in West Chester with exceptional value. The mattresses and pillows were divine, making it comfortable to sleep after a long day. Watch out for the housekeeping. they need improvements.
